Payment Methods

For Portuguese orders:

Bank Transfer

You should transfer the total order amount to the IBAN provided by our system. Don't forget to mention the order number you are paying.
The order will be dispatched after payment confirmation.

ATM

Go to a ATM, insert the card and enter your pin. You can also choose to use your homebanking.
Select the option "Pagamentos", "Pagamento de Compras" .
Always store the receipt as proof of payment.

Credit Card

You will be asked your credit card number(VISA or MASTERCARD).
Additionally, we require card owner name, expiration date and a security code (CVV), which is in the back of the card on the right side of the space reserved for the signature and is composed of three digits.

In order to make your purchases more secure, we require a security code (CVV), which is in the back of the card on the right side of the space reserved for the signature and is composed of three digits.
Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it helps to prevent credit card fraud.

The same card, with more safety online

The VbV is a new service that allows you to buy online with greater confidence.
Through a simple process of verification, the Verified by Visa confirms your identity when performing a purchase in a online store. It is a convenient service that works with your current card.

The VbV is very easy to use. Only need to register your card with the bank issuer. Later, when performing a purchase in online stores members, the system verifies your identity and your purchase is made.

To activate the VbV to your Visa card or if you want to know more details, please contact your bank.

If you wish to make a payment via PayPal, you will be transferred to to the PayPal website to complete the transaction.
A new account will be opened for you, if you do not yet have one.

The Paypal service is free of charge for all buyers.
All details about previous payments via PayPal can be checked in the history folder. To do this, you have to log into your PayPal account and click on the History page.
All transactions are made in EUR.

Tax Policy

Portuguese VAT tax is applicable on orders ship-to addresses in Portugal or to EU countries when you are a private consumer.
If you are company with a valid VAT number VAT tax is not charged.
To ensure compliance with Portuguese laws, company VAT number must be verified by our Customer Service team before a purchase can be placed without tax.

For orders shipped to non-EU destinations VAT tax is never charged. However you'll may be charged a tax in destination according with destination country laws.

More Information

If this payment is declined:
1. in shipments by Portuguese post offices, the order automatically returns to our store.
2. in shipments by express mail, Inexistência reserves the right of the non collection of the order, choose the abandonment of the order by the transporter (destruction of the order) and consequently does not refund any value to the costumer.

Pricing

Our website automatically calculates the price in your local currency. The currency conversion rates are a guide for your convenience only. They are updated once a day. You will be always charged in euros.
